Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that you may change your mind once you receive the item.  If for some reason, you choose to return the item, you will receive store credit.
  • Merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. 
  • No restocking fees.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE BACK IN THE WAREHOUSE 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO YOU!
  • All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • All items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned! 
  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact. 
  • No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing.
  • If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo at: southandmainnc@gmail.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect.
  • Please include your original packing slip or a piece of paper with the name on the order, order number and item(s) being returned. 
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being placed.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out.  You will be responsible for any shipping charges for second shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
  • Please ensure that spelling is correct before placing order.
  • If there is an error on our end, we will gladly replace your item.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for custom orders.  While most of the time the time is far less than that, there is the rare occasion it may take the full time.  

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.  IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
