- All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
- Items priced ending in .99 are FINAL SALE.
- All items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned!
- All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.
- No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing.
- ITEMS RETURNED THAT OF THINGS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SMOKE, PERFUME, ETC WILL BE SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER, RETURN SHIPPING PAID BY CUSTOMER.
- Shoes must be returned in original, undamaged box.
- If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo at: email@example.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days, we are not responsible for the damage or defect.
- Please include your original packing slip or a piece of paper with the name on the order, order number and item(s) being returned.
- Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being placed.
- COUPON CODES CANNOT BE APPLIED AFTER TRANSACTIONS ARE FINALIZED.
- ANY ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. FINAL SALE ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED WILL BE SENT BACK AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for second shipment.
- We have a special return policy in place for swimwear. Swimwear must have the hygienic liner in place to be eligible for return. Please try on swimwear with proper undergarments before you make the decision to keep the item! The 14 day policy does apply.
- Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
- Please ensure that spelling is correct before placing order.
- If there is an error on our end, we will gladly replace your item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for custom orders. While most of the time orders ship is far less than time that, there is the rare occasion it may take the full time.
