Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of placing the order on business days, Monday-Friday.  Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.  Custom items can take 5-8 business days to process. While we aim to beat that timeframe, some scenarios will need the full time.

Shipping and Delivery Times:

• USPS First Class Package- Allow 1-3 business days 

• USPS Parcel Select Ground- Allow 2-8 business days
• USPS Priority- Allow 1-3 business days
• UPS Ground- Allow 1-5 business days
• UPS Next Day Air Saver- Allow 1 business day

Unpredicted weather and holidays may delay packages.  USPS and UPS complications are beyond our control and may cause additional delays. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.  IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
